How to obtain a Service Order Number

You can call  918-282-7964, send an email to JoshGaynor@ShaneCaL.com, or use the form under Service Order No. on this website to acquire a Service Order Number. If using the website or email we will send you an email with your Service Order Number. Once you receive your number be sure to attach it to the outside of your case/box. Attaching your contact information is very helpful, as well.

What to send with your instrument
​
Vapor Pressure: Send your instrument with the inlet filter. No Power cord, Waste container, Inlet luer/tube, or any other accessories will be needed.
​
Flashpoint: Send your instrument with the cup(s)/carrier(s). If its an FLA model please send the carousel as well. No Power cord or any other accessories are needed.

Service performed on your instrument
​
When your instrument arrives it will be immediately evaluated. It will then be cleaned, calibrated and/or repaired, preventative maintenance performed, final inspection done, prepared for shipping, and sent back to you in a timely manner.  If you need your unit turned around in 1-2 days then we charge a $225 expedite fee. Any extra charge for work/repairs that are extra will be confirmed by you before you are charged.

Payment

We try to get a PO (30 days NET) or Credit Card number up front so the process will flow smoothly. We require payment before the instrument ships back to you.

Side Note:

Vapor Pressure: All calibrations are for 6 months unless you specify you want the calibration due date set for a year or longer period. Please be sure to let us know your preference. The EPA mandates all US facilities that sell an end product such as gasoline to have their instruments sent in every 6 months for a calibration.

Flashpoint: All calibrations are for 1 year unless you specify you want the calibration due date set for longer period. Please be sure to let us know your preference.
