How to Obtain a Service Order Number

To get started, simply contact us for a Service Order Number (SO#).

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you your Service Order Number along with shipping instructions.

Tip: When shipping your instrument, insert the Service Order Number email inside of your shipping container.

What to Send With Your Instrument

Vapor Pressure Instruments Send just the unit itself. Do not send the power cord, waste container, inlet luer/tube, or any other accessories.

Flashpoint Instruments Send your unit with the cup(s) and carrier(s). If it is an FLA model, please also include the carousel. Do not send the power cord or any other accessories.

Our Service Process

When your instrument arrives at our facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, it receives immediate attention. We will:

• Thoroughly evaluate the unit

• Clean  completely

• Perform calibration and/or repairs

• Conduct preventative maintenance  - 25+ point inspection

• Prepare it for safe return shipping

• ​

Standard Turnaround: Most instruments are returned in under one week.

Expedited Service: If you need your unit back in 1–2 days, we offer priority expedited service for a $225 expedite fee.

Any additional repair costs will be quoted and confirmed with you before we proceed.

Payment

We accept Purchase Orders (Net 30) or credit cards. To keep the process smooth, we prefer to have your PO or credit card information upfront. Payment is required before your instrument is shipped back to you.

Important Calibration Notes

Vapor Pressure Instruments All calibrations are valid for 6 months unless you request a longer interval. Please let us know your preference when submitting your Service Order.

Note: The EPA requires facilities that sell finished petroleum products (such as gasoline) to calibrate their instruments every 6 months.

Flashpoint Instruments All calibrations are valid for 1 year unless you request a longer interval. Please let us know your preference when submitting your Service Order.
