CalCheck (6-Month ASTM Mandated Calibration Service) ~ Cost: $500.00
Includes :
Calibration of temperature and pressure channels per ASTM D5191 and D6378. Some disassembly of tester for proper cleaning of oil, dirt and grime, and other contaminants that are a major cause of instrument malfunctions. This service is required to maintain compliance to ASTM & EPA specifications.

CalPrevent  (Highly Recommended) ~ Cost: $675.00

Includes:

6-Month ASTM Calibration Service along with the manufacturer's Recommended Preventive Maintenance.

Complies with manufacturers requirements, changing of o-rings, cell leak test, verification of  linearization of pressure transducer over the entire temperature range and update if necessary. Includes complete evaluation of components and functions including updating to the newest firmware. Your unit will go through more than 25 rigorous system checks before leaving our facility.

Annual ASTM Calibration & Verification Service (FLP only) ~ Cost: $700.00

Includes:

Annual Calibration of temperature and pressure per ASTM D6450 or D7094 along with the manufacturer's Recommended Preventative Maintenance. Some disassembly of tester for proper cleaning of oil, dirt and grime, and other contaminants that are a major cause of instrument malfunctions. Complies with manufacturers requirements, changing of  arc pin and o-ring, oven sealing surface tests, verification of  linearization of pressure transducer over the entire temperature range and update if necessary. Includes complete evaluation of components and functions including updating to the newest firmware. This service is required to maintain compliance to ASTM & EPA specifications.

Expedite Service ~ Cost: $225.00

While our standard turnaround is already fast (usually under one week), expedited priority handling gets it calibrated, inspected, and returned even quicker — all while upholding our rigorous quality standards and full regulatory compliance.

Just reach out with your Customer ID# or instrument details, and we’ll confirm your expedited timeline immediately.

If there are any major repairs needed in addition to the calibration service, we will call you immediately before any repair work is started.

Documentation ~ Cost: $250 

17025 Traceable documents along with "As found & As left Data" and a detailed service work order form.

How it works ~

Fill out the simple Service Order Number (SO#) form on-line, and you will be sent a confirmation email detailing your requested services. If you prefer you can call us (918-282-7964) or email (Service@ShaneCaL.com) to get a Service Order # as well.

ShaneCal will make every effort to repair your instrument in a timely and professional manner. To save you money, we will try to repair most problems rather than just replacing parts.
